Getting your home ready to put on the market has never been easier!

After purchase, we'll schedule a virtual consultation where we discuss your needs, budget, and staging options. I will review your home virtually and create a home staging evaluation report with my professional recommendations. I will also create a curated shopping list of items and services that you can use to enhance your home's appearance. I will provide guidance on how to arrange these items in the home staging evaluation report as well as resources for finding contractors to provide the services suggested (i.e. paint refresh, landscaping, etc.). 

*This discount is available for virtual staging and in-person services are available in the Washington, DC metro area for an additional fee. 

Please note this special is for currently occupied homes. Vacant home staging will be an additional fee.
